OVERVIEW
All products sold by Captain Greek are digital products (downloadable PDF files). Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download has been accessed.
NO REFUNDS ON DIGITAL PRODUCTS
By completing your purchase and downloading your product, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You lose your right to cancel or request a refund once the download has been accessed
- This is in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(m), which permits the loss of withdrawal rights for digital content once delivery has begun with your prior consent
- You gave your explicit consent to this at checkout by ticking the confirmation checkbox
EXCEPTIONS
We will only consider a refund in the following situations:
- You were charged more than once for the same order
- You never received your download link after purchase
In these cases contact us within 7 days of purchase at captaingreekofficial@gmail.com and we will resolve it immediately.
